The builder is a visionary. He identifies an opportunity and creates ways to provide something valuable and useful. The consequence is self-fulfillment and of course, his own sustenance.

He understands that the community is important. A healthy and satisfied community means a successful venture, in a relationship that feeds back on itself. He is not free from making mistakes, but he absorbs them and transforms them into learning, which will generate the next successes.
