The full kit is delivered in 3–5 weeks, depending on the feedback rounds and communication. Each stage is sent sequentially — you approve before the next one begins, so nothing moves in the wrong direction.

The Moodboard stage exists exactly for this. If the visual direction isn't right after the Moodboard, we’ll work on other iterations. If not satisfied yet, you get a full refund and we stop there. No awkward conversations. Once the Moodboard is approved, work builds from that locked foundation.
